My name is Kelli Crockard and I set up KJC following a role as Head of HR & Development for an Insurance Call Centre. My frustration was that whilst there were many large organisations you could subscribe to for help and advice (at a cost!), none of them really offered a pragmatic approach taking into account the individual circumstances and the needs and size of the business. Most of these companies seemed more interested in covering their own back, than helping me to get a resolution to the issue.
