Who Is KJC

My name is Kelli Crockard and I set up KJC following a role as Head of HR & Development for an Insurance Call Centre.  My frustration was that whilst there were many large organisations you could subscribe to for help and advice (often at a huge cost!), none of them really offered a pragmatic approach taking into account the individual circumstances, or the needs and size of the business.  Most of these companies seemed more interested in covering their own back, than helping me to get a resolution to the issue.

So I set up KJC Consultants Ltd to try to help small to medium sized businesses in the Dorset and Hampshire area.  No client is the same, and no price structure is the same as everyone is different.

KJC prides itself on the number of clients attained purely by word of mouth.  It’s true, every one of my current clients is somehow connected to another one, and when they had an issue, they were told to pick up the phone and contact KJC.

I have over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, Training and Health and Safety.  My aim is to help companies reach their full potential, knowing that all comes from the strength of the staff within it.

I have worked in a variety of industry sectors, both small to large corporate, and over a variety of sectors from Insurance to hospitality and manufacturing.  I am a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) as well as holding a National Certificate in Health and Safety (NEBOSHH).  I am an accredited trainer for several qualifications with both the BIIAB and Highfields, as well as a member of the Association for Licensing.

As a trainer, my style is all about supporting learners to understand their own strengths and areas of development, and then give them some of the tools that will help them to grow and progress.  As a compliance trainer, my job is to help bring content to life to help delegates retain the information, as these qualifications often include an exam at the end.

I am proud of the fact that many of my clients ask for me again and again which then gives me the chance to long term make a difference to not just those individuals I train, but the organization overall.

A selection of the clients I have delivered training to include: Port of London Authority, Thorn Lighting, Next, RIAS Insurance, VEKA plc, Durham County Council, New College Stamford, Fencing Centre, Lidl’s, D and D London Restaurants, Odeon cinema’s, Regent’s University London, Cheshire College – South and West, Chelmsford College, International Cards and Gifts and many  more
