Whether you are large enough to have someone fulfil the role of HR, but they sometimes need some support for the “bigger” stuff, or you have no HR function at all, and just want to outsource that bit, KJC can help.
The first stage will be a diagnostics meeting (free of charge) to understand where you sit. If you have documents you are using, these can be reviewed and we can feedback if they are still fit for purpose. If you have nothing, then we can easily create a suite of documents ready to use to ensure you stay on the right side of employment law.
My motto has always been “NO SUPRISES”. If you have the right documentation, and everyone is aware of the expectations, and potential consequences of not meeting them, then no one should be surprised if it leads to a negative discussion. You will probably find that by have these clear processes, more often than not, the situations never arise in the first place.
We offer simple pay as you go, for those that only expect to need support every now and then, through to a regular presence to really help ensure your staff are supported, developed and productive.
